Gaia Brouwers

Gaia brings over six years of experience in developing growth strategies and leading company-wide transformations. She has worked with clients across various industries, with deep expertise in Financial Services, SaaS, and HR.

Gaia grew up in the Netherlands where she obtained a Bachelor in International Business Administration and a Master in Strategic Management.

Prior to joining GNG Partners, Gaia worked as a Management Consultant at a boutique strategy consulting firm where she developed a strong, practical, strategy skillset. In addition to her consulting background, Gaia worked at Just Eat Takeaway (Menulog), where she played a key role in shaping their global expansion and go-to-market strategy, including their sales incentive framework.
