Applications for GNG Partners’ graduate recruitment program are open until 6 March 2026.
GNG Partners is a specialist Australian strategy and execution advisory practice working alongside the Boards and senior leaders of leading companies to solve their most important strategic challenges. We do this by providing objective strategic advice and practical support that is guided by first-principles problem solving and our decades of experience.

Graduate Program application process
If you are an exceptional student looking for early responsibility, steep learning, and genuine exposure to senior decision-makers, we’d love to hear from you.
We are currently seeking applications from those who:
Are in their final year of university or have graduated in the last two years and are looking start their career at GNG Partners in 2026 or early 2027
Are completing (or have completed) a degree in a STEM discipline such as Science, Engineering, Commerce/Business, Technology, or Medicine. We are also interested in hearing from Law students who can demonstrate strong quantitative aptitude
Have exceptional university results – a WAM of 85 of greater (or equivalent GPA)
Participate in a range of extra-curricular activities, ideally in leadership roles
Are based in Sydney or will relocate, and have existing rights to work in Australia
We prefer applications from students who are completing (or have completed) a double degree, an honours degree, or an advanced degree.
