Ash Gray
Ash has deep experience in financial services, aviation, media and transportation, gained in executive and consulting roles across public and private companies.
Raised in New Zealand, Ash has lived and worked in New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom, the US and Europe. He began his career as a transportation engineer in New Zealand, advising clients on major infrastructure projects, before joining L.E.K. Consulting in Australia, where he built his strategy skill, particularly in the media and aviation industries.
After several years serving clients around the world, Ash returned to Australia and joined the Westpac Group. Over ten years there he held a series of customer-oriented leadership roles, including Head of Brand & Marketing, Head of Youth & Millennial Acquisition and Head of Digital Sales Transformation.
He is fascinated by why consumers choose one brand over another, and works across brand, marketing, positioning, customer experience and pricing.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering with First Class Honours from the University of Auckland.
Ash lives in Sydney with his husband and enjoys hiking and travel.
