Ben Mostafa is a strategic and hands-on CTO with more than 15 years of experience in technology businesses, specialising in scaling platforms, M&A-led growth, and leading high-performing global engineering teams across ANZ, the US, and Asia.
Ben has navigated two major tech exits, including Sinch’s acquisition of MessageMedia in 2021. In 2025 at Commerce Vision, he worked closely with private equity owners to align technology and product strategy for growth and scalability. He has deep expertise in cloud-native architecture, AI-driven innovation, and DevOps transformation, and excels at aligning technology with business strategy, overseeing AI-powered product development, and optimising engineering operations for scale. He has built high-performance, low-latency systems that power industry-leading platforms, and is a recognised thought leader and public speaker.
