Patrick Mueller-Hermann
Patrick has deep experience in growth strategy, transformation, high-performance operating models and technology, gained across consulting, private equity and executive roles.
Born in Germany, Patrick has lived and worked in Australia, the UK, Germany, the Netherlands and Singapore. He began his career at Boston Consulting Group, where he rose to Project Leader and worked across Europe and Australia. He then moved to London, honing general management, turnaround and deal-making skills as General Manager at company builder Rocket Internet, Finance Director at high-end furniture brand Established & Sons, and Vice-President in the direct investment team at asset manager Høegh Capital Partners. He returned to Australia in 2020 and joined Partners in Performance as the Partner leading its Digital and Technology practice, before joining GNG Partners in 2026.
Patrick's recent work spans strategy, cost reduction, organisational redesign and digital transformation for clients across superannuation, insurance, technology, manufacturing and government.
He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BSc in Economics with High Distinction from the University of Amsterdam.
Patrick is a keen sailor, a devoted father to two young children, and fluent in four languages.
