Patrick Mueller-Hermann

Patrick has nearly 20 years of experience in growth strategy, transformation, high-performance operating models, and technology gained in roles across consulting, private equity, and as executive.

Patrick was born in Germany and has lived and worked in Australia, the UK, Germany, the Netherlands and Singapore. He began his career at Boston Consulting Group, where he rose to Project Leader and worked across Europe and Australia. Subsequently, Patrick moved to London where he honed general management, turnaround and deal-making skills through roles as General Manager with venture capital firm Rocket Internet, Finance Director for high-end furniture brand Established & Sons, and Vice-President in asset manager Höegh Capital Partner’s direct investment team. He returned to Australia in 2020 and joined Partners in Performance as Partner in charge of the firm’s Digital and Technology Practice before joining GNG Partners in 2026.

Patrick’s recent work spans strategy, cost reduction, organisational redesign, and digital transformation – serving clients across a wide range of sectors including superannuation, insurance, technology, manufacturing, and government.

He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BSc (Hons) in Economics with High Distinction from the University of Amsterdam.

Patrick is a keen sailor, a devoted dad to two young kids, and fluent in four languages.
